Oil Closure



This closure is HMO and it uses a rip away tamper evidence strip. Which uses the thread to lock the cap while not in use while using UCL sealing technology to seal the consumables over and over again.

Orange Juice


This closure is an example where UCL worked closely to design a closure that integrated sealing technology into a unique branded shaped closure. This Closure removes the need for an adhesive liner.

Oil Premium Closure


This closure is an example where UCL worked closely to design a HMC closure following a branding brief. This Closure removes the need for an adhesive liner and combine tamper evidence into the sealing technology.

Alcoholic Closures


UCL are developing Alcoholic Closures, to remove the need for sealing liners.

UCL’s innovative hinge and sealing technology are joined by anti-drip spout, drain-back and tear opening technology in a range of push fit closures for edible oils and other foodstuffs. 

Flexspring and HMC hinge technologies are perfect for the application, giving extra wide opening and over-centre snap mechanics to lock in the open position to promote clear, free flow pouring. 

UCL developed specific new technologies for the food range, all rigorously laboratory tested and proven to perform in marketplace.
